fill your cup…

quite possibly the cutest mugs i’ve ever seen. a gift from mr.madeitso…

it’s the victoria day long weekend here, which is unofficially our “safe date” for putting plants in the ground (meaning, fingers and toes crossed, there will be no more frost!)… so i’ll be avoiding the busy garden centres, and doing some projects around the house.

what will you be up to? what fills your cup and re-energizes you?

have a happy weekend.  see you tuesday…

update: may 23, 2010

for those who are wondering, the mugs are from the “boy meets girl” line at human touch, a store based out of thailand. this is not an ad for them, but i wouldn’t be opposed to receiving some of their cute pillowcases too if they happened to read this and were feeling generous ;-) (just saying! such simple, fun designs.)

hi nancy. your term “puttering around the house” reminds me of those same words, as spoken by audrey hepburn. she lived a glamourous life, but in her biography, she said nothing brought her more joy than just “puttering around the house”… i feel lucky whenever i’m able to do just that. thanks for sharing.
