looks like you had a fun weekend, mine was kind of “bleh” : P
I seem to remember lots of thai basil in the pho I had a while back … we have lots of pho spots in the Wash DC area
your weekend sounded special!
I have the best pho recipe:
1. Ask mr. madeitso to take you to Ho Chi Minh City
2. Stay at Park Hyatt Saigon.
3. Leave hotel, turn right, walk five blocks and you’re in pho central. I’ll give you more specific directions from there.
