I must get the play-doh out after school. We haven’t even unpacked it yet, and now that we have no carpet in the house, play-doh will be much more fun! Thanks for the inspiration. Did I tell you I sewed a pillow cover?! I had no idea what to do on the last side, so I hand-sewed the last few inches after I had stuffed it. I could use some help in that department…tell me how you made it so. Maybe one day I’ll attempt the zipper.
The clown fish is cute! And I can’t tell you how much I love that boy on the couch. My daughter made me a few things out of clay when she was smaller. In fact the penguin in my blog header image was made by her. Do tell your daughter that her creations are great!

tara ~ i’ll work on a basic pillow how-to tutorial for you… but you know what? your intuition was right on. that’s exactly how you do it. sew three-and-a-bit sides inside out, flip it, stuff it, sew by hand :)
