
the idea for a little sketch came to me as we gathered around the first fire of the winter. i can stare at the flickering flames of a fire for hours. i think i did, that night.

Don’t even tell me you have a fireplace? I (and probably everyone else) have a serious fireplace addiction. My grandparents have the most beautiful field stone hearth. I would drive the 90 minutes every single day if they would build me a fire that often. They’re going to sell the house soon and that will most definitely be the part that I miss the most.
