archive dive

thanks for the enthusiasm on my 200th post. i hope some of you will be able to dig up a milestone of your own to share this week!

spring arrives this sunday evening here. i can’t even explain how excited i am for this. well, i’ll try to express my gratitude for this change in season over the next few days. but til then, have a great weekend and i’m looking forward to reading this week’s entries.

(p.s. i’ve changed the code in the sidebar for the “friday archive dive” button based on a suggestion from a dear reader. if you have a blogger blog and were getting an error message before, please let me know if it works for you now…thanks!)

I didn’t have to dig too far back! I just got my second proof copy in the mail today and have officially listed my book on Amazon. I think it takes a few days. Crazy! Thanks for all of your support over the past few years.

  2. I checked out the blog button and it seems to work just fine for me :)

    Hullo Ana,
I have a very recent milestone that I can share, so recent in fact that I have not yet blogged about it. So recent that it arrived late this afternoon. My unit 3 is completed of my course, it is completed, and it is marked and it has been returned to me with a lovely scrawly big fat ‘pass’ written on the front of it. *sigh* it’s only a little milestone in the grand ocean of milestones, but it’s one step closer to the light at the end of the tunnel, of which has given me a lovely ending to a day that began a little sad.
Thanks so much for hosting this lovely little bit of a Friday. Have a wonderful weekend at your place and congrats to you for your 200th post. You continue to astound me with your wonderful creativity. Do you make greeting cards? I think you should, I really do think you should. Your artwork is just divine. xx

I agree with Joyce. Greeting cards by imadeitso! Maybe even personalized e-greetings.

  5. I didn’t have to search very long for my post this week AND it’s not even that old! I just celebrated my little Etsy shoppes first birthday last month, which to me is quite a milestone…mostly because it doesn’t seem like a year since I decided to do what I now do…I’m still in shock! ;)

I agree with others above- you should definitely market those drawing skills. Your breezy animated style is so fun.

I share a milestone post from this week as well. On a past dive I wrote about how we should put more heart into every post, I hope this “introductory” post will help me with that. It’s tricky to write informative/helpful content but still sound clear and definitely like “yourself”.

Now to check out other milestones!

  7. finally i am participating in an archive dive again!! yay!!

i have actually chosen a post that i guest wrote for another blog. So the link will take you to a post on my blog that will link you to my post on the Campfire Chic blog! Enjoy!

hmmm…my entry for this week isn’t necessarily what one thinks of immediately upon hearing “milestone”. but in terms of marking the passing of time…it’s what came to my mind right away. it’s a post that makes me a little teary every time i read it.
