spring is coming…

it’s a very belated card i painted. so the joke was that i hoped it would make it to the recipient before spring arrives…

snowman in springtime

something (the calendar) tells me i’ve almost run out of time. but i hope the recipient understands. and i really can’t worry too much…it’s almost spring. one of my favourite times of the year.

i’d be worried too, mr.snowman. your days are numbered. spring arrives tomorrow!

I love your snowman who is sprouting a leaf! He just melted in my backyard! How’s the line of greeting cards coming? : ) This one would surely sell millions right about now.

Brilliant! I could use a belated card like that… I’m still sitting on a friend’s birthday gift from AUGUST. This is the card I found for her:

Hullo Ana, oh I have the giggles, your little snowman is just beautiful. Gosh I hope the recipient of the card treasures this little work of art you have created. This would make a delightful canvas. You should do a set, one for each season, how lovely your work is. I know, I have said it again, but I never fail to delight from your beautiful work.
You are welcoming Spring, and we are farewelling Summer here in Australia. I have to admit I am very much looking forward to cooler, shorter days. It makes us slow down a little – just a little, but enough to go *ahhhhhh*. It brings out the jigsaw puzzles, and snuggly rugs for story time, it brings about huggles in bed, it brings about our beautiful camellia in flower. . . . . . I do love this time of year.
Thanks for sharing your beautiful artwork yet again. Have a wonderful day at your place.

This actually makes me sad for the poor snowman! He can come stay with me!! =P

As much as I like spring, I feel his pain. SPRING = ALLERGY SEASON
