somewhat appropriate, given that i watched wimbledon this morning, and got a little hankering for pimm’s. the last time i had pimm’s (a drink often served with sliced cucumbers floating about, see recipe here) was during a visit to england in the summer of 2000. and there really is something to the expression “cool as a cucumber”… i talked about it here remember?
